At Verqano LLC, we want you and your small animals to be completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We primarily sell pet supplies, specifically small animal habitats and cages. Please ensure items are clean and free of pet hair or odors for a successful return.
3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@verqano.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping & Costs Verqano LLC provides a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. This means you will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@verqano.com.
8. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos of the damage or incorrect item to assist in this process.

- Order Processing: We process orders within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Method & Time: We offer Standard Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: All orders qualify for free standard shipping within the US. There is no minimum purchase required for free shipping.
- Shipping Area: Verqano LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
