🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

• Include all accessories, manuals, and components

• Have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note that used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged in transit.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error

• If your item is rejected due to misuse or missing parts, we will notify you and may return it back to you at your expense

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item:

• Arrived damaged or defective

• Was sent incorrectly by our fulfillment team

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking confirmation.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different model or variation, please return the original item and place a new order.

• Gift cards or promotional vouchers

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• Products returned after 14 days of delivery

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or is not working as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@verqano.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the defect

Our support team will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
